Seven Resourcing rated ‘World Class’ by Best Companies

Seven Resourcing is proud to announce it has been rated ‘World class to work for’ by the UK’s most prestigious employee satisfaction platform, Best Companies.

Founded by Jonathan Austin in 2000, Best Companies offer employee engagement surveys for businesses that go above and beyond for their people. With its famous accreditations and league tables, the Best Companies logo has become one of the world’s most recognisable seals of approval for businesses with industry-leading employee satisfaction.

After an organisation’s employees have completed the comprehensive Best Companies survey, its employee engagement is measured using BCI (Best Companies Index), and accreditations are awarded as so:

Ones To Watch: Achieving a Ones to Watch status takes a BCI score of at least 600 and reflects organisations with ‘good’ levels of workplace engagement.

1 Star/Very Good: Awarded to organisations with a BCI score of at least 659.5, the 1 Star accreditation signifies ‘very good’ levels of workplace engagement.

2 Stars/Outstanding: Achieving a 2 Star accreditation takes a BCI score of at least 696.5, made possible only through an ‘outstanding’ commitment to workplace engagement.

3 Stars/World Class: Awarded to organisations with a BCI score of 738 or higher, the 3-star accreditation reflects ‘world class’ levels of workplace engagement.

After a year jampacked with industry awards, company records and employee milestones, everyone at Seven Resourcing was chuffed to be awarded 3 Star accreditation, cementing it as a ‘world class’ company to work for. Seven excelled in many areas from the survey results, with training, support, and rewards highlighted as the most common benefits.

When asked to reflect on Seven’s newest accreditation, Managing Director Richard Cooke said “This is a fantastic achievement for everyone at Seven Resourcing. We’re proud of the culture here, and we all work tirelessly to maintain a ‘home from home’ feel throughout our offices. We have the brightest and hardest working minds in recruitment, so it’s crucial that everyone is rewarded and supported more than anywhere else in our industry. We’ve found a wonderful balance, but it still feels like we’re just getting started.”

Rounding off an incredible twelve months, the 3-star accreditation was announced shortly after Seven’s triumphant night at the Investing In Talent Awards, in which it scooped the top spot in three major categories, including Best Workplace Environment, Most Effective Pay and Benefits Strategy and Best Recruitment Company To Work For.

Congratulations to everyone at Seven Resourcing and if you want to check out which businesses are ‘world class’ in your area, check out the Best Companies league tables.
