Seven Resourcing earn Great Place to Work certification.

Seven Resourcing is proud to announce it has been certified as one of the UK’s best employers by the prestigious ‘workplace culture authority’, Great Place to Work.

Founded by business journalists Robert Levering and Milton Moskowitz, Great Place to Work is an employee satisfaction survey and accreditation platform that celebrates the nation’s most positive, inclusive and rewarding employers.

Only companies that reflect the ‘For All’ philosophy receive certification, and that philosophy is ‘A great place to work For All™ is one where everyone, no matter who they are or what they do, is having a consistently positive experience. Caring leaders foster an environment where everyone has a purpose, can contribute new ideas, and has access to the resources they need to thrive within the organisation’.

After a record-breaking year of incredible growth, innovation, and investment into employee satisfaction, everyone at Seven Resourcing was delighted with the positive news. Managing Director, Richard Cooke, said, “This is another fantastic milestone in what is a wonderful period of growth for the company. We work tirelessly to create the best opportunities and working environments for our staff, and their performance and dedication continue to repay us in stunning fashion. We’re not perfect yet, but we are evolving every single day.”

Alongside Seven Resourcing, companies such as Santander, Deloitte, Hilton, American Express and Lindt also feature in the highly coveted list of great places to work.

All 71 of Seven Resourcing’s employees were surveyed, and the results boasted incredible responses across the company.

100% of people are treated fairly regardless of their race.
100% of people are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation.
100% of people said they could be themselves here.
100% of people said they are treated as a full member here regardless of their position.
97% of people feel the work environment is friendly and they can have fun and enjoy each other’s company.

Considering all employee responses across every aspect of the organisation, Seven Resourcing received a score of 97% in the Great Place to Work assessment, securing its certification with flying colours.

The fantastic news came shortly after Seven was recognised by Best Companies as a ‘World Class’ employer, and in the last 12 months, Seven has won four Recruiter Awards, three Investing in Talent awards and a Suffolk Business Award.
