Clinical Manager

Seven Criminal Justice are in search of a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager for our healthcare facility in Swansea. The individual will play a critical role in managing clinical activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of our clinical department.

2. Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure that all clinical services comply with regulations.

3. Monitor the effectiveness of healthcare services through quality assurance measures.

4. Lead, supervise, and motivate clinical staff to ensure they provide excellent patient care.

5. Collaborate with other managers and medical directors to set patient care standards and make decisions about medical services.

6. Address any issues or complaints related to clinical care and work towards resolving them.

7. Keep abreast of advancements in the field and apply new knowledge to job responsibilities.

8. Responsible for staff rosters and managing budgets.

9. Implement training programs and workshops for staff development.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Clinical Manager or a similar role.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field. A master’s degree will be a plus.

3. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical best practices.

4. Proficient in MS Office and data entry.

5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

6. Strong organizational and team management abilities.

7. Able to work under pressure.

The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate should be able to multitask and make critical decisions for effective patient care.
