Complex Needs Manager

Seven Criminal Justice are currently seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Manager to join our team in Ealing, UK. The successful candidate will work primarily with individuals dealing with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other complex needs, to ensure they receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.

2. Design, implement and review personal care plans collaboratively with service users, their families and other professionals involved in their care.

3. Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring it adheres to national care standards and other relevant legislations.

4. Train, supervise and appraise staff to ensure delivery of excellent service and compliance with policies.

5. Liaise with external agencies including healthcare professionals and social workers to coordinate and improve services.

6. Implement risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for service users and staff.

7. Handle service users’ queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

8. Regularly review and suggest improvements for operational processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. A recognised qualification in social care or health and social care management.

2. Prior experience working in a similar role with people who have complex needs.

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

5. Solid understanding of the legislative framework for UK health and social care sector.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
