Housing Supply Team Leader | £30.16 P/H | Redbridge

We are looking for a experienced Housing Supply Team Leader to join our team who can ensure an effective service to the housing need, including assessment and advice on housing and related support.

Please note, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a previous role of a similar setting.

Purpose

– To lead a team of officers ensuring staff are empowered and enabled to perform to a high standard by inspiring, coaching, influencing and modelling appropriate behaviour

– Ensure officers are part of a learning culture, willing to openly reflect on own performance and identify opportunities for improvement as a result

– Develop members of their team, identifying opportunities to increase capability through training, coaching, mentoring, reflective practice, shadowing etc

– Contribute to the effective management of the whole Housing Supply Section as a part of the management team
