Seven Criminal Justice are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Reading, UK. As an NMP, you will be at the heart of our medical operations, providing high-quality primary care to our patient community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct patient consultations, develop treatment plans and prescribe medication within defined scope of practice.

2. Perform physical exams and patient observations, and record patient medical histories.

3. Liaise with doctors and medical personnel to ensure coherency and quality of care.

4. Order, interpret, and perform diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ clinical problems and health care needs.

5. Provide advice to patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.

6. Oversee and manage clinical nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications:

1. Valid NMC registration as a Nurse Practitioner.

2. Postgraduate degree in nursing field along with the Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) qualification.

3. Extensive nursing experience, with a substantial focus on primary healthcare.

4. Proven track record in patient care management.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate must have a passion for patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
