Recovery Coordinator

Seven Criminal Justice are seeking a diligent and experienced Recovery Coordinator to join our team in Northumberland. The role is vital to the successful coordination, implementation, and tracking of our recovery operations to ensure proper attention is given to all recovery activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to align on recovery objectives, plan and monitor initiatives.

2. Initiate and manage recovery protocols for all designated clients.

3. Organise and run client intakes, initial assessments, and recovery plans.

4. Ensure all client recovery files are comprehensive, updated and maintain client confidentiality.

5. Liaise with various departments to facilitate the speedy resolution of recovery matters.

6. Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the operation of the recovery programme.

7. Keep accurate track of the client’s progress, maintaining regular contact with them.

8. Assist in educating clients on their rights, responsibilities, and the overall recovery process.

9. Provide guidance to clients and relatives on the recovery process and available resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. A degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.

2. Experience in recovery coordination or similar roles.

3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Understanding of the recovery process and knowledge of various recovery resources.

7. Dedication to maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the fields of recovery and rehabilitation.

8. An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
