Recovery Team Leader

Seven Resourcing are looking to fill a Recovery Team Leader role in Ealing.

This is a temporary full-time position and it is offering £22ph.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Recovery Plans: Create comprehensive recovery plans outlining strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure the timely restoration of critical business functions in the event of a disaster or disruption.
Lead Recovery Team: Manage a team of recovery professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the recovery process. Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure effective communication within the team.
Coordinate Recovery Efforts: Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate recovery efforts. Ensure alignment of recovery strategies with overall business objectives and compliance requirements.
Resource Management: Identify and allocate necessary resources, such as personnel, equipment, and facilities, to support the recovery process. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations or disruptions. Coordinate response efforts, initiate emergency procedures, and communicate with relevant stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure a swift and organized response.
Continuously Improve Recovery Processes: Regularly evaluate and refine recovery plans and procedures based on industry best practices, lessons learned from previous incidents, and emerging threats. Implement measures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the recovery process.
Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and awareness programs to educate employees on disaster recovery protocols, procedures, and their roles and responsibilities during recovery efforts.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recovery activities, including incident reports, recovery plans, and post-recovery assessments. Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting recovery progress, key metrics, and areas for improvement.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: n/a
Experience: 2 +years experience in a recovery worker role and experience as a team leader.
Compliance: Current DBS and 2 x references.
