Service Manager

Seven Criminal Justice are currently seeking a highly-skilled, reliable, and professional Service Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all service operations, ensuring the maximisation of productivity and maintaining high-level customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth execution of processes.

2. Manage and lead a team of service employees, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

3. Implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.

4. Coordinate with different departments for smooth cross-functional operations.

5. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting service quality standards and addressing customer queries efficiently.

6. Track service metrics and analyse data to guide staff improvements and lasting customer satisfaction.

7. Manage resources, making sure that the team has the necessary tools to carry out their roles effectively.

8. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

9. Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with local legislation and company standards.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven work experience as a Service Manager or similar managerial role.

2. Solid organisational and team management skills, including multitasking and time-management.

3. Proficient in using business software including word-processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

4. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Familiarity with service operations and knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.

7. Degree in Business Administration or related field is desirable.
