We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable individual who is passionate about providing excellent youth support and the delivery of clean safe care.

This is a temporary position, with the potential of becoming a permanent member of staff, making this a particularly exciting opportunity for applicants.

As the YJ Probation Link Worker you will be working with Prevention, Early Intervention and Statutory clients and transitioning Youth Justice young people to NPS. Through a comprehensive written assessment of the young person and their family you will be identifying an individualized intervention plan, which will help and support them to reduce the risks of further anti-social or offending behavior. When required you will be completing pre-sentence reports to assist the Court in sentencing a young person. You will be completing direct work, either one to one or in a group setting, with young people and their families. Within your capacity of the role you will be supporting young people and their families to have access to a wide range of services through signposting to local and national services.
