Youth Justice Officer | £23.40P/H | Peterborough

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable individual who is passionate about providing excellent youth support and the delivery of clean safe care.

This is a full-time position working 9-5 every week, with a contract length of 3-6 months (opportunity to become permanent once contract is complete)

Please note, we require with at least 1-2 years experience in a previous similar role, this includes job roles in probation.

The Role

To perform tasks as a Youth Justice Officer managing cases in or at risk of entering the youth justice system.

To take responsibility for assessing, planning, supervising and enforcing disposals services for vulnerable children/adults in accordance with national Youth Justice, Social Work and / or Health Care legislation, standards, guidance and local policies and procedures.
