Curriculum Quality Manager

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Curriculum Quality Manager to work in Liverpool. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £27.39 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company).

The role:

To lead on the successful implementation of a Curriculum Quality Strategy leading to outstanding learner impact

To lead on all aspects of Quality of Education standards, continuous improvement and performance to achieve and sustain outstanding provision.

To lead on all aspects of teaching, learning and assessment to achieve and sustain outstanding provision.

Key Responsibilities:

      To lead and implement the Service Curriculum Quality Strategy to ensure the quality of education is outstanding both direct delivery and sub-contracted.

To line manage the Advanced Practitioner and Lead Tutor.

To lead and develop a Teaching Team to bring about continuous improvements to the quality of education including face-to-face and remote learning.

To lead, deliver and develop an individualised learner support strategy, both during and post learning programme to maximise learner success and outcomes.

To be responsible for all aspects of Service quality standards, use of data and continuous improvement to achieve outstanding inspection status.

To lead and be responsible for developing and delivering a Curriculum Quality Strategy that assures the quality of curriculum intent, implementation and impact.

To lead and develop the Service IQA processes.

To support the service self-assessment process and learner/employer voice strategy ensuring every aspect of the learner journey is monitored, assessed and reported upon for quality improvement and service standards in line with national best practice.

To lead, develop and deliver the observation of teaching, learning and assessment (OTLA), learning walks and scrutiny processes, ensuring appropriate continuous improvement in teaching, learning, assessment and information and learning technologies (ILT) practice across the service.

To lead, the Service approach to ILT and virtual learning environment (VLE) within the Service Effectiveness plan and teaching and learning policy.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: University Degree at grade 2:2 or above.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience within a similar role.
  • Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. Current DBS check and references covering the last 3 years.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 36 hours p/w.
