Education Health And Care Plan Co-Ordinator (Education)

Seven Education is looking for an Education Health And Care Plan Co-Ordinator (Education) in Lincolnshire.

The role:

This is a six month short term contract until April 2022.

The post holder will work from home so must have high speed internet.

Training will be provided on North Lincolnshire Council’s EHC Hub.

The post holder will receive regular support and supervision.

The post holder will need to travel to North Lincolnshire to collect a council laptop and mobile phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• The work will mainly focus on amending EHCP following review and producing final plans . At busy times there may be a requirement to work on initial EHCP following a statutory assessment.
