Hub Coordinator – Adult Education

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Hub Coordinator to work with the Adult Education Service in Westminster. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £22.83 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company).

Key Responsibilities:

      Project manage the work of the ‘Hub’ successfully, leading and managing activities associated with the successful delivery of the project plan.

Liaising and supporting partners in the delivery and achievement of their aspects of the project plan and fulfilment, as the central point of contact.

Develop an in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. tracking and monitoring achievement towards quarterly and annual KPIs and updating stakeholders as appropriate

Arranging and leading Hub meetings and follow up on associated actions from meetings.

Liaise with MIS and ensure reporting and data is prepared, analysed and presented as appropriate to different stakeholders

Engage with employers and in partnership with the Head of Partnership to bring new employers into the activities of the Hub.

Develop knowledge of industry best practice and keeping abreast of new initiatives and innovations.

Engage with learners both present and alumni to review position, support and arrange workshops and masterclasses

Work with the alumni of the hub to provide successful talks and case studies for new entrants to the sector

Work with marketing on successfully promoting the activities of the Hub and across the education and employment sectors

Liaise with funding bodies and ensure reporting and submissions are completed in a timely manner working with MIS department.

To link up with other Hubs to review best practice.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Professional qualification at a minimum level 3 in a chosen subject relevant to the area (Essential).
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience within a similar role.
  • Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. Current DBS check and references covering the last 3 years.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
