Operations Assessor

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Operations Assessor to work with the Integrated Transport Unit in Middlesbrough. This position is initially for a period of 6 months and is paying £11.70 (PAYE) or £14.58 (umbrella) per hour.

The role:

You will contribute to the safe management of the essential transport service by conducting risk assessments, develop and review safe systems of works as well as monitor health and safety compliance across the full range of the transport service. You will have fantastic organisational skills, health and safety knowledge and awareness to enable our service to operate.

Key Responsibilities:

Making sure eligible passengers get to where they need to be carrying out risk assessments associated with home to school and adult social care transport.

Maintaining daily travel assistance provision by making the necessary arrangements to meet the needs of passengers incorporating safe systems of working practices.

Assist in planning and delivery of day to day travel assistance activities

Collaborate with customers, contractors, guardians and schools to manage safe changes to travel assistance arrangements.

Support with the monitoring of safe practices and safe systems of work.

Measure success, providing operational and other performance information.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: N/A.
• Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. 2 years written references.
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
