Band 6 Multi-Disciplinary Pathway Worker

Seven Nursing has an exciting new opportunity available for a Band 6 Multi-Disciplinary Pathway Worker to work in the Kent area.

This position is paying a competetive rate of £30.00 to £34.00.

Role:

Will be responsible for delivering clinical interventions within individual care pathways within CYPMHS locality teams, assessment and treatment.

Skills:

Will be a graduate qualified health care professional (e.g. nurse, social worker, occupational therapist), or will have substantial CAMHS clinical experience, and where appropriate will be fully registered with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (e.g. HCPC, NMC). They will have extensive clinical experience working with children and young people with emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: A BSc (Hons) degree in mental health nursing, OT or Social Worker
• Experience: 2+ years similar experience
• Compliance: Up to date DBS and NMC/HCPC/SW England registered
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
