Community Psychiatric Nurse

Seven Nursing is looking for 6, Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work in the Havering area.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday. 0900 – 1700 hours 

Responsibilities:

Qualified practitioner with ability to manage caseload within community setting with support and supervision.  Assessment of new referrals to service.  Liaising with clients, carers and families via telephone, video conferencing or face to face.  Covering Duty.  Taking part in regular MDT’s.

Skills:

Preferred experience of working within a community older adults or Memory Service team. Qualified mental health practitioner who has knowledge of working with and managing a caseload autonomously in the community.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: A BSc (Hons) degree in Mental Health Nursing
• Experience: 1+ years working as a CPN
• Compliance: Up to date DBS, NMC registration.
