Exit Support Worker

Seven Social Care is looking for an empathetic and dedicated Exit Support Worker, to join our Complex Safeguarding team in Bolton.

As an Exit Support Worker you will be providing a purposeful, professional service to young people in need and families, including assessment and appropriate intervention, to meet their needs in accordance with statutory requirements and departmental policies.

Responsibilities:

– Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all individuals

– Communicating effectively with colleagues, families, and other professionals

– To contribute to the planning and development of the Complex Safeguarding Team’s and the Department’s services to children and families affected by Exploitation, as required and as appropriate

– To participate in the organisation and administration of the work of the post to ensure the provision of service is completed

Requirements:

-Experience of direct work with young people and families and knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures

-Relevant level 3 qualification e.g. NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC, Early Years, Childcare, Health and Social Care, Youth and Community Studies

-Skills & Experience in working directly with young people and families affected by exploitation
