Healthcare Assistant

Seven Nursing is looking for a Health Care Assistant to work within an exceptional care home looking after patients with physical disabilities in Great Bromley, Essex. 

This role is offering a competitive pay rate of £13 – £18p/h, with ad hoc shifts

• Weekday Day – £13.00 p/h
• Weekday Night – £13.50 p/h
• Saturday Day – £14.00 p/h
• Saturday Night – £15.00 p/h
• Sunday Day – £16.00 p/h
• Sunday Night – £17.00 p/h
• Bank Holiday Day – £18.00 p/h
• Bank Holiday Night – £18.00 p/h

The role:

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be an active member of the multi-professional team, supporting the rehabilitation of patients through the promotion of independence and planned programmes of care. Treating all patients with respect and courtesy, maintaining dignity and respecting individual needs and differences, both physical and cultural.

Applicant Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ months working as an Health Care Assistant in the UK.
• Compliance: Ideally an up to date DBS and mandatory training.
• Hours: Flexible
