Registered General Nurse

Seven Healthcare are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in Ferndown, UK. You will be responsible for providing the highest standards of nursing care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with NMC guidelines.

2. Develop, evaluate, and update patient care plans in cooperation with the multidisciplinary health team.

3. Administer medications and perform therapeutic interventions under the guidance of the care manager.

4. Conduct regular patient assessments to monitor and detect changes in patient conditions.

5. Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.

6. Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.

7. Take part in team meetings to ensure the best possible care and practices are maintained.

8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and emerging concepts in healthcare management and nursing leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.

2. Proven experience in a similar role.

3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.

4. Ability to maintain a patient-centred approach under all circumstances.

5. Excellent problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills.

6. Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

7. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitisation standards in the medical sector.
