Registered General Nurse

Seven Healthcare are seeking to hire a dedicated, compassionate and detail-oriented Registered General Nurse to provide exceptional healthcare services to our patients in Wimborne, Minster (UK). The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle complex health issues effectively.

SALARY: £39.25 – £47.16 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Providing person-centred care to patients with various medical conditions.

2. Monitoring, recording and reporting symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.

3. Maintaining accurate patient records and reporting any notable circumstances or changes.

4. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or healthcare professionals.

5. Conducting routine check-ups to patients, observing their health status and interpreting the required treatment.

6. Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to devise individualised care plans for patients.

7. Educating patients’ families about the disease and its treatment, including preventive measures and home care.

8. Proving emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be a qualified Registered General Nurse with the NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council), UK.

2. Comprehensive knowledge of nursing techniques, procedures, and healthcare best practices.

3. Proven experience as a registered nurse in General nursing care.

4. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to handle stress and deal with complex health issues.

6. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.

7. Flexible to work in varied shifts (weekend, holiday, nights).

8. Basic knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures.

9. Current knowledge of medical terminologies and advancements in medical treatment and care.
