Registered General Nurse

Seven Healthcare are currently seeking a qualified, passionate, and dedicated Registered General Nurse for a position in Bridport, UK. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing the highest standards of nursing care to our patients, supporting and assisting with their comprehensive health and wellness treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide diligent and thorough nursing care to all patients.

2. Develop, implement, and maintain patient care plans.

3. Conduct regular observations and assessments of patients’ health conditions.

4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

5. Collaborate well with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patients’ progress.

7. Implement and advocate for patient-centred care.

8. Follow all nursing best practices and abide by the rules and regulations of the nursing profession.

9. Assist in the safe, effective, and efficient management of the ward / department.

10. Support and assist new colleagues and student nurses, assisting in their learning and development, where necessary.

Requirements:

1. Must be a Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin.

2. Must have excellent clinical knowledge and skills.

3. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Should have a compassionate and patient-focused approach.

6. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
