Seven Healthcare are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our healthcare team in Carmarthen, UK. The suitable candidate must have excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and update their records with the most recent findings.

2. Plan, manage, and adjust patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals while ensuring the highest quality of healthcare.

3. Assess, implement, evaluate and plan care for the patients by effectively liaising with the multi-disciplinary team.

4. Provide support, information, and advice to the patients and their families.

5. Carry out risk assessments and ensure the sanitation and safety standards are maintained.

6. Follow protocols and adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper infection control.

Requirements:

1. Valid NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Pin 2. Proven experience as a registered nurse.

3. Excellent understanding of nursing methods and procedures.

4. A commitment to providing the best patient care.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficient in decision-making and problem-solving.

7. Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

8. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
