Seven Healthcare are seeking a competent and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our professional healthcare team based in Cardiff, United Kingdom. As an RGN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our patients while maintaining a safe and pleasant environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer appointed medications and treatments in a timely manner.

2. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.

3. Operate or monitor medical equipment necessary for patient care.

4. Assist patients with personal care activities such as bathing, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing.

5. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and any other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating custom care plans.

6. Educate patients and their families on suitable disease management procedures.

7. Maintain accurate patients’ report and medical histories.

8. Comply with protocols, regulations, and safety policies in all medical procedures.

Requirements:

1. Valid NMC Registration.

2. Proven experience as registered nurse.

3. Excellent knowledge of nursing care procedures and methods.

4. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficient understanding of health information structures and technology.

6. Reliable with a keen eye for detail.

7. Degree in Nursing or Relevant Field.
