Seven Healthcare are seeking to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dynamic team in Swansea. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide a high standard of personalised care to our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each patient.

2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor while monitoring patients for adverse reactions.

3. Recording and managing patient information including health history and care plans.

4. Liaising with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care is achieved effectively.

5. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health care procedures and regulations.

6. Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

Key Requirements:

1. A valid registration with the NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council).

2. Proven experience as a registered general nurse.

3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.

4. The ability to handle a high-stress environment and to make decisions quickly.

5. Extended practice skills in line with current professional practice.

Additional Skills:

1. Good clinical knowledge and skills.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Able to work in a team and use your own initiative.

4. A commitment towards continuous professional development.
