Seven Healthcare are currently seeking to recruit a highly dedicated and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to work in Newport. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top quality care to patients with mental health needs within a fast-paced clinical setting

Responsibilities:

1. Assessing and planning nursing care requirements 2. Delivering high standard of care to people with mental health conditions.

3. Developing and reviewing care programs that are tailored to each patient’s needs.

4. Building and maintaining a professional relationship with patients and their families.

5. Working with multidisciplinary teams to determine and evaluate the most appropriate form of care for each patient.

6. Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions as per the patient’s healthcare plan.

7. Ensuring the correct administration of medication, including injections, and monitoring the results of treatment.

Key Requirements:

1. Must be registered with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with active PIN.

2. Experience working in a similar role with sound knowledge of mental health.

3. Commitment to delivering high standards of care.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and cope with stressful situations.

6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
