Seven Healthcare are seeking a diligent, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our healthcare team in Carmarthen. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, treatment plans, and have an empathetic and caring nature towards the patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality patient care by diagnosing and managing mental health conditions.

2. Develop personal care plans for patients and administer appropriate treatments.

3. Monitor, record, and report changes in the patient’s condition.

4. Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to make decisions about appropriate care for patients.

5. Provide therapeutic interventions and other mental health treatments.

6. Deliver health education to patients and their families.

7. Ensure proper management of medication usage and administration.

8. Follow UK nursing and healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

2. Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.

3. Proficient in necessary medical procedures and basic patient care.

4. Strong knowledge in psychiatry and mental health nursing procedures.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to manage stress and pressure in a complex work environment.

7. Capable to work in a team as well as autonomously.

8. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
