Physiotherapist

Seven Social Care are looking for a Physiotherapist, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing professional, high-quality physiotherapy services in Merton, UK. Your primary duty is to help patients recover and enhance their physical abilities after disease, injury, or surgery. You will be part of a community that prides itself on delivering excellent patient outcomes in a fun and friendly environment.

2. Key Responsibilities:

– Evaluate patients’ physical health and conditions through diagnostic tests and physical examinations.

– Develop tailored treatment plans, defining goals and anticipated progress based on patients’ needs and capabilities.

– Administer treatments to enhance mobility, strengthen muscles, and alleviate pain. These treatments may include exercises, massaging, heat treatment, or hydrotherapy.

– Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as required.

– Educate patients and their families about ongoing care or preventive measures post-treatment.

– Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting care, progress, and discharge plans.

– Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to optimize patient care.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Current and valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK.

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy.

– Proven experience as a Physiotherapist, ideally within a similar setting.

– Excellent ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

– Outstanding patient management skills.

– Strong understanding and application of current physiotherapy best practices.

4. Working Hours:

The successful candidate would be required to work flexible hours, which may include weekends or evenings based on patient needs and operational requirements.
