3rd party Recharge Officer

Seven Resourcing is working with Leicestershire County Council to recruit a 3rd party Recharge Officer for their environment and transport officer.

Based at Croft.

Temporary contract for an initial 3 months with the onlook of extension.

£16.92 – £18.43 per hour umbrella.

Job Post:

To provide technical support for Highways Delivery in the cost recovery of third party recharges.

Duties:

To ensure that the services are delivered for the benefit of the people of Leicestershire.

To maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues within the team and across the service.

To ensure activities are delivered in the most efficient and effective manner as possible.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: · GCSE Grades A-C or equivalent in English and Maths (NVQ level 2)

  NVQ Level 3 in a subject relevant to the business area OR BTEC ONC or Diploma in a technical or administrative field

• Experience:
• Working in the highway maintenance, construction industry &/or a finance environment.

Working in an office environment using word processors, spreadsheets, databases and Microsoft Office Software suite

Working with Oracle financial systems

Problem solving & analysing information

Proactive planning and organisation

Dealing with internal and external customers on the telephone and face to face

Dealing with correspondence

Compiling and interpreting reports

• Working with current Health & Safety legislation
• Compliance: Up to date passport.
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37 hours p/w.
