Admin and Clerical Officer

Seven Social Care are currently seeking an experienced Admin and Clerical Officer to join our team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to our team, ensuring that all paperwork and files are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

– Answering incoming calls, responding to emails and dealing with queries from clients and team members.

– Undertaking data entry work, maintaining records and keeping files up to date.

– Arranging and maintaining electronic and hard copy files.

– Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation.

– Booking meeting rooms, arranging travel and accommodation as required.

– Assisting with internal meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.

– Ensuring general office areas are tidy and well-maintained.

Requirements:

– A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar admin or clerical role.

– Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficient in using Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

– Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

– Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
