Admin & Clerical – Administrator

Seven Resourcing are currently seeking an Administrator to work within Solihull. This is a full time role, paying £18 p/h. One or maybe sometimes two days in the office but largely one.

We need someone who is skilled in the following

• Taking minutes of meetings with key partner agencies
• Able to coordinate meetings
• Follow through and up on recommendations from meetings
• Organised, self-motivated and committed
• Work as part of a team 

To provide high-quality support and coordination to the Solihull Safeguarding Children Partnership (SSCP)

This is a key role which can act as the first point of contact for the SSCP working closely with key partner agencies and key stakeholders and the public.

As such the post holder has a visible and key role in maintaining the reputation and credibility of the Partnership and will play a leading role in ensuring that the highest levels of organisation, discretion and diplomacy are displayed at all times both within SMBC and with partners.

To provide a full range of coordination and support to the Solihull Local Safeguarding Children Partnership so that the SSCP delivers its statutory responsibilities in an efficient and effective manner.

Provide coordination and support to the SSCP Business Manager and with specific work streams and including support with Sub-Groups and SSCP meetings.
