Admin Officer

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Admin Officer to work within Bromley Borough Council.

This position is a temporary Role for 3 months with the possibility to be extended and pays £13.24 (PAYE) or £16.73 (Umbrella) Per Hour.

As an Administrative Officer at Bromley Council, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide expert technical guidance on construction and building-related matters.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and local communities.
• Contribute to the development and management of project budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes for construction projects.
• Identify and assess risks associated with capital projects, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: relevant qualifications for this role.

Experience: 2 years’ experience

Compliance: 3 years references.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
