Administation Assistant

Seven Social Care is looking for a Administrative  Assistant at Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council paying  £17.07

The role:

The Administrative Assistant will assist the Administration Manager to provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Technical and Estates Services Unit including the Construction Services, Estates Services and the Waste Management Sections to ensure the smooth, effective and efficient running of the Technical and Estates Services Unit.

The post holder will undertake additional duties as reasonably delegated by the Administration Manager to address business needs and changing business requirements and will ensure targets and deadlines are effectively and accurately met, whilst maintaining a high level of Customer Service.

They will assume additional duties relevant to the post in the absence of the Administration Manager and assist with on the job training of temporary and new administrative staff.

This placement will initially be for a period up to 6 months.
