Administration Assistant

Seven Social Care are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to start a new role in Liverpool.

You will provide support around panels; this includes paperwork preparation and minute taking.

This position is initially for a period of 7 months and is paying £14.71 PAYE or £18.33 Umbrella. The working hours are 5 days a week, between Monday to Sunday 8.00am and 6.00pm.

The role:

To carry out general administrative duties related to the production of school travel passes.

To work on all types of cases and accounts ensuring appropriate procedures are followed.

Working in multi-functional teams covering administration, the collection of local taxation, cashiering, and customer contact .

To deliver first class service to all customers.  Staff will rotate between different teams.  Appropriate training will support any staff transfer between teams.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within administration  

Compliance: Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 35 hours a week
