Seven Social Care is looking for a Administration/Clerical officer for Vale Of Glamorgan Council

The role:

Tasks to include:

– Putting new applications on our Telecare software system

– Updating records – e.g., after installation, changes or cancellation of service.

– Dealing with stock – e.g. returning to store after cleaning or sending to be scrapped; updating systems

– Making phone calls to customers

– Cleansing data on systems

– Sending follow up letters related to enquiries

– Scanning

– Carrying out other relevant tasks to support the Telecare team
