Seven resourcing is looking for an Administrator to fill an exclusive opportunity in Leeds.

Duties and responsibilities of the specific role:

– Ability to work with others

– Works well within a team environment

– Meeting and greeting,

– Good communication skills

– Receiving deliveries placing stationary orders

– Keeping the room bookings sheet up to date and planning ahead

– Maintaining spreadsheets

– Managing team email accounts as well as your own

– Making telephone calls

– copying/scanning

– Supporting on recruitment days

– Supporting any OD projects/priorities as needed

– Working with facilities to support any maintenance/external venders

– Able to work flexibly and under pressure at busy times

– Ability to prioritise work

– Able to use own initiative

– Understanding of confidentiality

– Excellent Organisational Skills

– Proactive approach to different situations

– Record information accurately and timely
