Administrator – Workforce, Markets & Brokerage

Seven Resourcing are looking for 2 temporary Programme Administrators to work with the Workforce, Markets and Brokerage Service in Norwich. These positions are initially for a period of 3 months and will be paying £12.70 per hour. The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. 

The role:

This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to support a new programme working across the whole region to develop a long-term asset for the region to strengthen ethical recruitment and employment practices and support care providers to more easily access international recruitment and provide recruits and existing teams with access to training to provide a good experience and quality care.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the programme team to deliver the range of programme  support services.
  • Maintain the diary of the project manager and other relevant senior manager(s). Proactively arrange, confirm, produce papers and powerpoint presentations and minute programme meetings/workshops to enable good decisions and programme momentum to be maintained.
  • Participate in the recruitment, induction, training and development of programme team members and complete all necessary personnel documentation.
  • Ensure project plans and information are accurate and up-to-date so that service/project objectives and progress reports are available.
  • Gather information for monitoring, evaluation, progress reports and for audit trail purposes.
  • Input into various databases within the required timescales and research appropriate websites, downloading and circulating documents as requested. 
  • Create, develop and maintain data capture systems and assist with the collection and production of key performance data. 
  • Promote and maintain good working relations with all partner organisations and groups
  • Draft progress / monitoring reports for DHSC regional workforce delivery group and other as required.
  • Lead on various aspects of projects as required

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

      NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (desirable and not essential). 

Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 

Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references. 

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
