Seven Social Care is looking for a Adults Addiction Team at London Borough of Hillingdon Council

The role:

Working as a Hillingdon Addictions Social Worker is a fulfilling and rewarding role.

This Social Work Post is supported by a Lead Practitioner with additional advice and guidance from the Mental Health Team Managers as both services are very close.

The Social Worker will be based in the Addictions Service (ARCH) building and at the Civic Centre in Uxbridge which allows access to the Central and North West London NHS Trust health based service and Adult Social Care, Housing and all other Local Authority services. Both buildings are within walking distance of each other at either end of a busy and vibrant high street where there is also a tube station with access to the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines.

The Social Worker should have some experience of working within Addiction and Mental Health roles. They should also have a sound working knowledge of the Care Act, Safeguarding and Rehab Assessments.

IAS Liquid Logic (Protocol) is used in Adult Social Care and SystmOne is used within the Trust and you will have access to both.
