Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

Assistant Anti-Social Behaviour Officer I £22.41 P/H I Cambridge 

Seven Resourcing are looking for a contract Anti Social Behaviour Officer to work in Cambridge. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £22.41 per hour. 

The role:

To assist the Senior Anti-Social Behaviour Officer in dealing with incidents of anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood management in accordance with policies and procedures.

To assist the Anti-Social Behaviour Team and Management in dealing with incidents of anti-social behaviour in accordance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• To promote and progress the Council’s response to dealing with Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) in the City.

  1.2    In accordance with the Council’s policy and procedures, to be the lead officer in resolving individual cases of ASB

  1.3    To respond to enquiries and reported complaints of ASB and serious neighbour nuisance and co-ordinate any investigations of the same.

  1.4    To action agreed solutions working in partnership with key agencies, including progressing and taking appropriate enforcement action against perpetrators where appropriate.

  1.5    To advise customers on the Council’s policies and procedures in relation to ASB.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: N/A. 
• Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 
• Compliance: Current DBS check and 2 x references. 
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37 hours p/w.
• DBS: Enhanced DBS is required.
