Arts Part Time Receptionist

Seven Social Care is looking for a Arts Part Time Receptionist at Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council paying £14.05 per hour

KEY PURPOSE:

The post holder is at the forefront of customer service and is responsible for the provision of a full range of reception, clerical and administrative services relating to the Arts Service based at the ISLAND Arts Centre.  The responsibilities of the post include; dealing with customer enquiries and complaints, operation of a computerised booking & room hire cash systems and information database, issuing receipts and selling tickets.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Deal with the public, in person and by telephone handling incoming/outgoing mail and fax messages, taking and returning messages, actively promoting events and services through telephone contact with potential customers.

Operate of a range of computerised systems including, room booking system and ISLAND Arts Centre’s ticketing and cash handling systems, assisting with the set up of any new software, as required.

Undertake a range of administration duties including the operation of the cash purchasing system, recording, reconciliation and lodging of income, inventory maintenance, typing, filing, bookings, budget monitoring and usage analysis, photocopying and other general office duties.
