Asset Management Strategic Lead

Seven Social Care is looking for a Asset Management Strategic Lead London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council

The role:

• The Asset Management Strategic Lead is responsible for coordination of the council’s housing (HRA) Stock Condition Survey programme and management of the inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising.

• The Strategic Lead will, coordinate and manage the contractor to deliver the Stock Condition Surveys.
