Assistant Director – Building Standards

Seven Social Care is looking for a Assistant Director – Building Standards at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council

The role:

Assist H&F to be the best Council and we have set out The H&F Vision about how we will achieve this. Our residents and those who have contact with the Council must have confidence that the council has their interests at heart.

Be accountable for the delivery of the duties under the building regulations and building safety act within H&F or a shared service.

Be a Registered Building Inspector Level 3 and Manager (Level 4) under the Building Safety Act.
