Business Services Assistant

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Business Services Assistant to start a new role in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. 

You will provide an efficient and effective administrative service to support Children’s Services teams and functions including the provision of advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and processes.

The position will primarily be office based due to the needs of the service with occasional working from home.

Responsibilities:

Provide an effective professional administrative support service to Children’s Services teams and functions in accordance with a range of business procedures and processes, ensuring quality service standards are maintained.

Carry out a wide range of business services tasks and processes ensuring performance objectives, targets and timescales are met, allocating and prioritising work across the team as the role requires

Co-ordinate work streams within own area of responsibility to manage peaks and troughs in business need.

Undertake budget monitoring activities and provide a range of financial data for use in management information reports and accounts reconciliation systems.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Significant experience demonstrating development through involvement in a series of relevant work roles

Compliance: Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 37 hours a week
