Seven Resourcing are currently seeking a Business Support Administrator to work within Rutland County Council. This is a full time role, paying £13.57 p/h. 

Purpose of the Job:

To provide clerical and administrative support the Family Hub. To contribute to the work of the Directorate by carrying out administrative and related duties in accordance with Rutland County Council and Service area policies, objectives and standard requirements

Main Responsibilities

Main Objectives:

 

      To provide administrative support to The hub in line with the Directorate’s objectives and service area targets and support the local authority requirements in meeting its statutory duties.

To provide a warm welcome to all accessing hub buildings. Offering advice and signposting. This will support the specifically identified families identified by the Hub and to the members of the public, in line with the Council’s standards of customer service.

To input information and contribute toward an effective, up to date and accurate performance management system, to support the delivery of the hub aims and objectives.

 

Principal duties and responsibilities:

To provide a warm and effective reception service in the hub buildings.

To deal with external and internal queries and messages, providing efficient and effective message taking and delivery and referring complex matters.

To promote hub services to parents, carers, organisations and individuals professionals, ensuring information is current.

To provide signposting of services to the general public and professionals.

To support current and prospective service users whilst in the hub.

To administrate the Children’s Centre E-start system Including administrative procedures and data collection/input.
