Business Support Assistant-Senior

Seven resourcing is looking for a Business Support Assistant to fill an exclusive opportunity in Leeds.

The role:

Leeds Building Services is the council’s Internal Service Provider of Construction and Maintenance Services. The service currently delivers responsive repairs, maintenance and planned works to various council properties and Civic Buildings across the City of Leeds. We are now seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team on a temporary basis and this role will appeal to you if you have a genuine interest in the delivery of Public Services.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience

Key Responsibilities:

– Interpersonal and communications skills with a range of people including face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills. Including the process for dealing with varied information with a range of audiences.

– Working with and within multiple teams of staff and contribute to its development with suggestions for new ways of working.

– Working on own initiative to adhere to timescales and deadlines.

– Of relevant applications, systems and IT programmes utilised by the service and accurately recording and retrieving information.

– Administrative skills

– Working within a service area relevant to the post

– Inputting, analysing and collating data

Applicant Requirements:

Holds a GCSE level C or above in English Language or equivalent and Maths or equivalent or expects to gain a GCSE level C or above in English Language or equivalent and Maths or equivalent in results due.

You will be required to work individually as well as part of a dedicated team.
