Business Support Officer

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer to start a new role in Manchester. 

This is an exciting opportunity to provide business support to the Council’s Community Safety and Anti-Social Behaviour Action Team. You will communicate with members of the public, colleagues, managers and partners to support the effective delivery of community safety and anti-social behaviour services.

This position is initially for 4 weeks, though there may be scope for extension.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and triaging reports of anti-social behaviour by telephone, web form and email and taking general enquiries that come into the service.

Taking and producing minutes for multi-agency meetings that may involve confidential and sensitive topics such as crime, domestic violence and abuse and safeguarding, which may involve occasional evening meetings.

Producing letters and other documentation.

Using finance systems to complete purchase requests and raise invoices.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Experience in a similar role

Compliance: Standard DBS Check, Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 37 hours a week Monday to Friday, Office Based
