Business Support Officer – Children’s Services

Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Business Support Officer working in the Children Services at Swindon Borough Council.This post is part of an integrated team that is responsible for all types of contacts made to Children & Families and provides the continuum of support from early help through to statutory social care. Working in close collaboration with the Social Workers and Assistant Team Manager, the aim is to provide a high quality, professional and proactive service to improve outcomes for children, young people and families, within the service’s core business hours.

Some key information is highlighted below:

Rate: This role is paying £14.55 per hour via an umbrella company. 

Hours: 37 hours per week. 9am until 5pm. 

Contract Length: 1 month+

Location: Civic Centre

Essential: NVQ Level 3 or above in Business Administration, GCSE (Grade C or Higher) in one or more of the following: English Laguage, IT, Mathematics or in the absence of Formal qualifications, relevant work experiance. Experiance of using on a daily basis computerised systems: including MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook. Excellent customer service skills.
