Care Assistant

Seven Social Care is looking for several Care Assistants to start work in Bolton.

The role:

You will work for the bed-based service for intermediate care which provides rehabilitation for older adults. Your duties will include all aspects of care such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, and giving general support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

Washing, bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding clients.

Promotion of social activities.

Participating in assessments.

Contributing towards treatment programmes.

Special responsibility for the care of individual clients.

Developing and enhancing the independence skills of clients.

Basic counselling on a day-to-day basis.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role

Compliance: Up to date DBS.

Hours: 35 hours a week
