Care Coordinator

Seven Resourcing are looking for a number of Care Coordinators to work with the Autism Team in Sunderland. These positions are initially for a period of 3 months and will involve working 3 x 12 hour shifts per week. 

Day shift rates:

£12.59 (PAYE) per hour 

£15.77 (umbrella) per hour 

Night shift rates:

£16.78 (PAYE) per hour 

£21.23 (umbrella) per hour 

The role:

Sunderland Care and Support work alongside customers who possess a diverse range of complex needs and characteristics to enable them to engage within the community, develop skills and enhance their quality of life.

The supported living services require dynamic motivated Support Workers with the ability to work in challenging environments. Support Workers will be motivated to engage customers in line with positive behavioural support to enable a positive outcome for people you’ll support.

Within the supported living services, you’ll provide care and support in a range of services for customers with a Learning Disability, Autism, Behaviour that Challenges or Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for Care Coordinators who are motivated to provide and promote high standards of customer care along with a commitment to their own personal development. You will need to work effectively as part of a team, within a multi-agency framework, providing support to team members as well as care and support to customers to achieve their maximum level of independence through appropriate physical, emotional and psychological support including intimate personal care, support with a range of health needs, practical tasks, appropriate communication and community involvement.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

      N/A. 

Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 

Compliance: 2 x references, proof of right to work in the UK and a current DBS. 

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
