Caretaker

Seven Resourcing is seeking a Caretaker, to work in the trendy town of Gateshead, on the border of beautiful countryside.

Hours:-

37 hours per week.

Pay:-

£14.23 per hour

Description:-

Caretakers role,  to be predominantly doing Water flushing to 3 of our Multi Storey Blocks.

The role will include entering void properties, running taps, shower, flushing toilets in line with our Legionella water flushing requirements (Training will be provided).

Additional caretaker duties (Cleaning communal areas of Multi Storey blocks may also be required subject to workload) 

To carry out porterage duties as and when required by the establishment.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: NVQ Qualification / Health and Safety qualification in Caretaking/Cleaning ( desirable)
• Experience: 
• Experience of working within a frontline service area ( contracting)
• Supervisory skills/experience
• DIY/Site Maintenance Skills
• Experience of working within an environment where health and safety is an essential criteria.
• High levels of customer care
• Compliance: Up to date Passport.
